Nouha Dicko Set For Blackpool Return?

The Wigan Evening Post are reporting that Blackpool are looking to take Wigan Athletic youngster Nouha Dicko on a season long loan after the flying Frenchman enjoyed a successful loan spell at Bloomfield Road at the back end of last season

Dicko, who joined the Latics from RC Strasbourg last summer has made just one appearance for the club, the defeat in the Carling Cup away at Crystal Palace back in September, but he really found his feet under Ian Holloway at Blackpool, joining on loan at the end of January, the 20 year old went on to make 11 appearances for the Seasiders scoring 4 goals

If Latics boss Roberto Martinez feels that Dicko isn't quite ready for the Premier League just yet then a season of playing regular football in the Championship can only be of benefit for the talented striker

The Blackpool Gazette confirm the interest and report that a senior source at Bloomfield Road says - 'Nouha is definitely on our radar.

'He got better and better during his loan spell and the manager Ian Holloway is a big fan.

'We will make inquiries and see whether a deal can be done, but there is still much to sort out before anything happens.'

The Gazette back this up by quoting Holloway as saying - 'The lad has so much pace and he knows where the net is too.

'He clearly has a massive future in the game. I just wish he was our player and not Wigan's, but unfortunately that's the way it goes.'
