Liverpool Interest In Victor Moses?

Liverpool are being linked with a move for Latics striker Victor Moses

The Liverpool Echo and the Daily Mail both report that new Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has turned his sights to Moses for his first signing after his initial target, Gylfi Sigurdsson, now looks set to join Spurs

Although there has been no approach to the Latics, the official Liverpool FC website says - sources close to the player have apparently confirmed to the ECHO that Moses has received no contact from Anfield as of yet., the 'as of yet' bit of that statement being the most significant part for me

Having turned down the Chelsea bid of £4 million for the 21 year old, Latics owner Dave Whelan say's - 'If we have to sell him, we will do so reluctantly - but not for the money that is currently on the table.'. So if Moses does go it'll not be on the cheap and a player of his potential is worth considerably more than what's been offered so far
