Arouna Koné Is A Latic - Official

Wigan Athletic have officially announced the signing of Ivory Coast international striker Arouna Koné, from La Liga side Levante UD for an undisclosed fee

The 28 year old with 35 international caps becomes the Latics fourth signing of the summer and adds a real touch of class to the squad

Koné banged home 15 goals last season helping Levante to qualify for the Europa League, this form alerted a host of top European clubs but the 6 footer decided he wanted to play for the Latics and wouldn't hear of moving anywhere else.
