Meet The Ref - West Ham v Latics - Craig Pawson

The Latics travel to London on Tuesday to face West Ham United in the 3rd round of the Capital One cup, the game will be refereed by South Yorkshire official Craig Pawson

The young ref was on TV last Friday evening, he took charge of the televised Championship game between Blackburn and Middlesbrough at Ewood Park, he kept up his record of averaging four bookings per game this season by booking, well four players!

This will be the first time that Pawson has been involved in a Latics game so it's hard to make any judgements not having seen him perform, but if the reviews on the internet are anything to go by then we could be in for a fun night!
