Emmerson Boyce Latics Man Of The Match v Newcastle

Emmerson Boyce has been voted the Wigan Athletic man of the match for his performance in Monday night's defeat away to Newcastle.

Boycey had a great game at the back, he lost two of his partners, Maynor Figueroa sent off on 12 minutes and Gary Caldwell replaced at half-time, but the stand-in skipper stepped up to the mark and marshalled not only the defence, but also the team really well in the second half, great game from the fans favourite
