Lawro Predicts - FA Cup - Latics v Bournemouth

Mark Lawrenson is taking a break from Premier League predicting this week and turning his attention to the FA cup instead, of course we have a home tie against Bournemouth, let's take a look at how he sees this one turning out:

Wigan v Bournemouth

Bournemouth have been in great form since Eddie Howe left Burnley to return to Dean Court in October and they will be confident of carrying that on at the DW Stadium.

Wigan, in contrast, have won only one of their last eight games but I still think Latics boss Roberto Martinez has got a decent little side there despite them being in the bottom three of the Premier League and on an awful run.

Bradford knocked Wigan out of the Capital One Cup this season and they lost to another League Two club, Swindon, at this stage of the FA Cup last year. Martinez badly needs a win this time, and I think he will get it.

Lawro's prediction: 2-0

My exact thoughts Lawro, 2-0 Latics win for me also
