Atletico Keeper Joel Robles Joins The Latics

Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Joel Robles has joined Wigan Athletic on loan until the end of the season

The 22 year old shot stopper has been training with the Latics for just over one week with Roberto Martinez running the rule over him before agreeing to the loan deal

With news that veteran goalkeeper Mike Pollitt is due for some time on the sidelines with an injury the timing of this signing couldn't have come better

6' 5' Robles spent the second half of last season on loan at La Liga side Rayo Vallecano where he earned rave reviews
