Walk4Joseph - Latics To Bolton - It's On

One of the positives of our relegation (clutching at straws) is that we get to play our near neighbours Bolton Wanderers home and away.

The last time we met Bolton at the Reebok Stadium was the 11 February 2011, that date will always stick with me, not because of the game, but because of what happened before it. It was the day that the Latics fans, along with some Bolton and Blackburn supporters, walked to the Reebok for a special little Wigan girl, Emma Hoolin, it was the day we 'Walked4Emma'

It is the intention of those involved in organising that walk to rekindle it this season, this time for little Joseph Kendrick and his charity Joseph's Goal

The new seasons fixtures are released on Wednesday and we will know when we are due to meet Bolton away, please keep that date in your diary free, dust off your walking shoes and get your sponsor forms ready, for that will be when we will Walk4Joseph

Obviously we will need to have the date confirmed but in the mean time, if you are intending to join us, please get yourself prepared, encourage friends and family to join us pass the word around, the Walk4Joseph is going to happen

We're on our way to the Reebok
