Joel Robles Another Ex-Latic For Everton

Joel Robles Another Ex-Latic For Everton

Former Wigan Athletic loanee goalkeeper Joel Robles has joined Everton from Atletico Madrid

A five year deal costing the Toffees just under £1million is a very good piece of business for a highly rated 22 year old

Robles made his name with the Latics last season, he made his debut at Macclesfield in an FA cup 4th round tie, but his defining moment came in our FA cup final win against Manchester City when a fantastic save with his feet from Carlos Teves kept the scores level and allowed us the chance to go on and win the cup

Good luck to Joel at Everton, I can still picture the big man in floods of tears after the Arsenal game at the Emirates when we were relegated
