Enjoy The Respite It's Going to Get Hectic

Not too much to get excited about over the past seven days, in fact my mind as been turned to of all things, Christmas shopping, what to get the missus? Off to town perhaps, a visit to Primark for the latest onesie, or I could get her that watch from the market with the spangly gemstones set around the mother of pearl iridescent face, oh aye, I know my stuff, but I resisted the temptation and instead fed my immature boyish humour by watching clips of Radio Ones Innuendo Bingo on youtube.

Now that I have calmed down from my fits of hysteria after watching Gerard Butler and that Rachel from Countdown get covered in water from Chris Stark, he, and I for that matter, was tittering uncontrollably at Greg Wallace asking a contestant on Master Chef if he could 'taste the inside of her pie', ah well small things.

This is what an international break brings, boredom. From full on Latics to, well nothing, it's like I have jumped from a speeding train and landed in a void, somewhere I need to make my own entertainment, and that isn't a good thing

Any way, to the point of this piece, from Saturday the 23rd November when we play Brighton at the DW Stadium, and over the following 42 days up till and including the 3rd round FA cup tie on January 4th, we have a total of 13 games to play, that's a game every 3.2 days.

Wow I hear you say, we won't be bored then, no danger of that, so enjoy the tranquillity and the small but amusing comedy moments, because it is going to get mighty hectic and full on over the next six weeks, until then...
