Uwe Rösler Praise For The Latics Support

Uwe Rösler was very pleased with the number and quality of support that the Latics took to Cardiff for the FA cup tie yesterday.

With the current bad weather sweeping the country it was a magnificent effort by the travelling fans to get down to South Wales for what was always going to be a difficult game, but the supporters got there and gave the team a magnificent backing that left the gaffer delighted.

Speaking to the clubs official website Latics boss Uwe Rösler said -'The fans came in numbers here to Cardiff and I feel that they are delighted with the professionalism and character of my players.

'They had to battle with the elements to get to the game with the way the weather has been recently, and it is clear from their attitudes during the match and at full time that they really enjoyed their day out here.'
