Juan Carlos Garcia Off To CD Tenerife

It looks like defender Juan Carlos Garcia is set to leave the Latics and head for Spain, CD Tenerife are ready about to announce the Honduras international as their latest signing.

Garcia joined the Latics last season, brought to the club by former manager Owen Coyle, he made one first team appearance away at Manchester City in the Capital One cup, though he did feature on a regular basis for the Development Squad.

The 26 year old made two appearances for Honduras at this summer World Cup Finals in Brazil. Two reliable Spanish sources have reported the news that Garcia has left the Latics for CD Tenerife in the Spanish second division on a season long loan.
