At 2-0, we had a little spell where if we could have got a goal, and we should have done, we might have had a chance, but we blazed them over as usual and we paid the price.
They only had four chances and they took them, and even the last goal wasn't even a chance for them, we didn't close the ball down or anything.
McCulloch's chance was a golden opportunity, if he hits the target he scores, Heskey hits the post and David Wright had a good chance at the end, but we haven't worked the goalkeeper.
I asked the players to see what we could get out of the second half, be it a goalless draw or could we win the second half because we couldn't win the game. At least we showed a bit of determination and fight in the second half that we can take into next week's game at West Ham.
The whole back four was exposed too easily, the midfield weren't tight enough, and the first two goals were from long balls. As horrible as I feel now, we can bounce back.
