'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Jason Roberts cleared

Jason Roberts will not face any action over the alleged elbow incident at West Ham.

Match referee Steve Bennett has said that he saw the incident, but decided that it did not warrant any action.

Nothing was said about this until it was brought up on Match of the Day, then every sports journalist in the country seems to have tried to whip it up into something big.

The only thing I could see Roberts being changed with is 'playing physical football while not being an ex-England captain who plays for Newcastle United'.
