'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Utd and Chelsea do Latics a favour

The Jeweller, who is a life long red, became an Everton supporter on Sunday evening as James McFadden scored an injury time winner against Charlton.

Manchester United disposed of Sheffield United on Tuesday with goals from Carrick and Rooney.

Chelsea demolished West Ham on Wednesday 4-1 with the Hammers simply not competing in the second half.

It`s still tight at the bottom, but not as tight as it might have been from a Latics point of view.

Jewell say`s 'it`s in our hands` lets hope that come West Ham on 28th April we can lay the ghost of relegation to rest.

What do you think? Are the Latics going to stay up or is it all going to fall apart?

As a Charlton fan i would hate to see 3 London clubs take the plunge. Hopefully it will be Sheffield Utd instead of Charlton. Personally i like Wigan and i would like to see both of us stay up. But football is a cruel game.
