Hutchings To Make His First Signing?
It was rumoured today that Everton`s Lee Carsley is set to become Chris Hutchings first signing as Wigan Athletic manager.
Carsley, 32, is out of contract at Everton and available on a free. The combative midfielder was signed by Walter Smith for £ 1.9 million in February 2002.
This would be seen as an excellent signing for the Latics and the Republic of Ireland international would be a good addition to the club.

tell you what, that isn't a bad signing at all. He bossed the game when Villa played Everton at VP this season. Plenty still to offer from him.
