West Ham Rebuff Wigan in Transfer
According to reports in today`s Independent West Ham have turned down flat a £3 million offer from the Latics for Matthew Etherington.
With the bad blood between the two clubs at the moment this is hardly surprising and a little bit cheeky from Wigan`s point.
Further to yesterday`s story it appears that Lee Carsley underwent a medical at the JJB yesterday (Friday) and he is considering putting pen to paper on a deal which will see him move down the East Lanc`s Road to the Latics.
