Baines To Old Trafford

There are strong rumours circulating that Sir Alex Ferguson is about to submit a 6 million bid for Leighton Baines.

With all the talk of the Geordies trying to lure Baines up to the North East, Manchester United have gone about business in their usual quiet way.

Current United left back Gabrielle Heinze is currently in talks with Real Madrid.

I wish either the player or club would make a statement, but it looks as though young Bainesy will be off some time this summer, so we need a good left back, any one know of any?

I can't understand that one. Surely Fergie is happy with Evra?

The Mancs get a bit greedy, they want at least two qualty players for each position, we'd settle for two quality players in our squad SirLes!
