Sibierski Chose Wigan Over Bolton

Sibierski Chose Wigan Over Bolton

Antoine Sibierski revealed that he chose the Latics instead of our near neighbours from the Horwich Leisure Centre.

The 32-year-old Frenchman thought long and hard about Bolton's offer, but in the end was attracted by Wigan's potential.

He told Sky Sports

'I feel we have got great things to do. I signed for Wigan not just because it's a two-year contract near Manchester where I still live,' Sibierski said.

'It's because I felt Wigan can improve and can do better than last season.

'Bolton was definitely a temptation and I thought about that all day yesterday (Monday).

'It wasn't an easy decision. Wigan is in the same situation Bolton was in three or four years ago, and that's a bigger challenge and an exciting challenge.'

Now Fat Sam as left the Trotters are they going to struggle?

Nice one Antoine you have made my day?
