'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Wigan Sign Swede

Andreas Granqvist became Chris Hutchings fourth signing of the close season when he put pen to paper on a two year deal at the JJB.

Hutch told the official web site that Granqvist has the potential to be a big hitter at the club, he went on to say that he was unlucky not to feature more during his loan spell last season.

It is reported that Latics have paid 750,000 to Helsingborgs for the defender and hopefully it will prove money well spent.

Is Granqvist the man to steady Bramble?
