Wigan Bid For West Brom Star
Latics boss Chris Hutchings has made a £5 million take it or leave it bid for West Brom`s Wales international midfielder Jason Koumas.
Hutch is desperately trying to ensure that the Latics have a better season than last by bringing in new faces to freshen the place up.
Jason Koumas worth £5 million? That`s a matter of opinion, but it does show the club`s intent.
Koumas is currently on holiday so if the Baggies do accept the offer the deal wont be done this week and it will alert other club`s to the sum needed to at least be able to talk to the former Tranmere Rovers star.

as if Chris Hutchings hasn't learnt anything in seven years? There's no way that's a value for money signing in my opinion
