Wigan Athletic Masters

A team of Latics past players will take part in the North West Masters tournament tonight (Saturday) at the Manchester MEN Arena

The Latics team for the event is:

Simon Farnworth

John Doolan

Peter Atherton

Colin Greenall

Dave McKearney

Neil Redfearn

David Lowe

Andy Lyons

Neil Rimmer

They will compete in the round robin tournament against sides representing Bolton Wanderers, Manchester City and Manchester United

The Bolton side includes former Latics favourites Tony Kelly, David Lee and Scott Green.

Whilst the Manchester City team will include former Latics stars Wayne Biggins and Peter Beagrie

Admission to the event costs £14 and £8 (concessions), it is also being broadcast live on Sky Sports Xtra at 7-30 pm this evening.

Let`s hope that the Latics put up a good show of themselves with this being their first venture in what is fast becoming a very popular tournament.

Good luck tonight lads from all at Vital Wigan
