Michael Brown Set to Sign for Wigan

Sources suggest that Fulham`s Michael Brown has agreed personal terms and is set to sign for the Latics

The former Spurs and Manchester City player held talks at the JJB and is set to be unveiled as Chris Hutchings latest signing.

Fulham have already brought in Brown`s replacement by signing Steven Davis from Aston Villa

Michael Brown will certainly had some steel to the Latics midfield and the all action combative player will be a good addition to the Latics squad

Will Brown be a success at the Latics?

Michael Brown is an excellent signing, he was excellent at spurs 100% committed but unfortunately did not get a good run of games. He will defiantly help the defenders with his tough tackling and will strive to get forward as he does have a good long range shot. Did not score many goals at Spurs but you can tell if given the chance he will bag at least 5-10 goals as proven at Sheffield Utd. Was gutted he left the Lilly Whites but good luck Brownie on you next adventure I am sure you will be a great success!
Come On You Spurs
Good for Browny - I hope you make him very welcome and I hope he does really well for you. Us spurs fans were always very fond of Brown - never less than 110% effort.
