Keane as a go at Hutch
Roy Keane is reported in several media outlets having a go at Latics boss Chris Hutchings over the Leighton Baines bids.
The Evening Standard are just one who report that Keane said 'I think one or two clubs have tried to use Sunderland"
He goes on to say that he is disappointed in Chris Hutchings for going on Sky and saying, if I`ve got the translation right, 'he was saying this and that about us`
I think what Hutch was saying Roy is that Bainesy is not for sale so stop making bids and trying to unsettle him
Keane also says Hutch has been going into other peoples business and he can see how managers 'fall out`.
I bet Hutch is absolutely bricking it.
Delusions of grandeur is a phrase that comes to mind especially with Sunderland`s new signing Kieran Richardson talking of Champions League qualification
Now Sunderland are biding £9 million for Hearts keeper Craig Gordon!
I don`t concern myself, usually, with the goings on at other clubs, but with this attack on the Latics it as sparked my interest in the North East`s third club
They have made some real quality signings so far this close season, yeah right, Kieran Richardson, Michael Chopra, Russell Anderson and Greg Halford, that is real Champions League material
At this rate Sunderland will struggle, again, and all Keene`s bleating will do is highlight his inexperience as a manager.
Good luck this season Roy, you`re going to need it
