According to the News of the World Latics boss Chris Hutchings is preparing to bid £700,000 for Paris St. Germain and Mali international defender Sammy Traore.
The former Nice defender joined PSG last summer and made 22 league appearances for the Paris club in the 2006/07 season and made 5 UEFA cup appearances scoring once
The 31 year old is French born but qualifies for international duty with Mali through his parents
