Latics best ever keeper

The latest poll that we run at Vital Wigan was to see who you considered to be Latics best ever Keeper

Coming out on top was Aussie favourite John Filan with 33% of the votes cast

Since joining from Blackburn Rovers Filan was instrumental in the rise of the Latics from the second division to the Premiership

In second place was Chris Kirkland with 23%

Third place went to Roy Tunks with 12 %

The new poll, which is on the right hand side of this page, is asking you to say who you feel was Latics best ever centre half

There are 14 to choose from, and some have been left out I know, if you have a personal favourite that`s not there then join in the debate on the Latics Speyk message board

No surprise really with Filo winning this one, he must be the most popular keepr we've ever had. Best centre half must be Colin Methven, he was awesome and very surprising that he didnt go on to play for a bigger club
