Baines set for Everton Switch

Tuesday evening Leighton Baines was at Goodison Park rather than at Oakwell with his current team mates from Wigan Athletic

The Latics left back didn`t travel with Chris Hutchings squad to Barnsley for their friendly

Instead he was spotted in the stands at Goodison Park sat next to James Vaughan and Blackburn Rovers striker Benni McCarthy

This will only fuel speculation that Baines is set to switch from Greater Manchester to Merseyside later this week, the Latics official web site claimed Baines had a niggling injury

Photographs of the England under 21 star showed him to be enjoying himself and appearing relaxed with his under 21 team mate Vaughan

Am I reading too much into this or as Bainesy played his last game in a Latics shirt?
