As part of the run in to the new season Vital Wigan talks to the Latics fans

The seventh interview in the series is with Vital Wigan stalwart upthedale lets see what he says

1 - How long have you been following Latics and what got you started?

About 20 years, first started when my granddad took me to see some team called Wigan Athletic, never looked backed since!

2 - What is your most memorable moment as a Latics fan? Good or Bad.

Good, the Carling cup run! Great achievement for the club.

3 - Since you have been following Latics what would your Best Eleven be? And who is your all time favourite player?

4 - What would you say is the best goal you have seen Latics score?

All of them!.They are all great... But....Roberts' goal at Highbury, brilliant!

Millennium stadium

6 - What are your expectations for the new season?

Champions of course....or top half and I will be delighted

7- Are you pleased with the new signings made so far and is there any other player you would have liked to have seen us sign (realistically)?.

I 'am happy with the new players, I would like to see a few others in like a striker but I would not mind at all starting the new season with the squad to date.

8 - What are your thoughts on how last season ended and how did it compare to your expectations?

It ended thankfully! , and with us out of the relegation zone! It was a disappointing slightly but glad we survived.

9 -Despite the new signings, are there any areas in the side you think need adding to?

Defence someone to play all along back 4 and maybe midfield and a striker please!! Who will score!!...helps

10 - Where do you sit at JJB?

I don't but when I can east stand.
