Wigan no need to worry it's history

Following the defeat at Everton we asked you if you were encouraged, worried or needed more time to make your mind up about the forthcoming season

Well the worries won with 45% of the votes cast

The encouraged gave 30%, with the need more timers on 25%

Latics NEVER win their first game of the season, in fact I think they have only won on the opening day twice (don`t quote me) since joining the league

The performance, against one of this seasons fancied teams, wasn`t too bad and in patches we looked quite good, the acid test will come in the next two home matches against Middlesbrough (Wednesday) and Sunderland (Saturday)

Talking of next matches moves us on to the next poll on Vital Wigan, who will win tomorrow, the poll is available on the right side of this page or you can Click here to join the forum debate on the Boro game
