The Daily Mail is reporting that Chris Hutchings has bid £700,000 for Scunthorpe United fullback Marcus Williams
Williams played for Scunthorpe in last night`s home defeat against Hartlepool in the Carling Cup suggesting that any deal won`t go through today
If Hutch is successful with his bid, Williams will be the eighth signing this summer for the Latics
