It may be early days but who cares, check the Premier league table NOW and it reads

That`s right the Latics, not Chelsea, not Man Utd, not Liverpool, not Arsenal, not Spurs and certainly not the darlings of the press Sunderland, but Wigan Athletic

You may say bollox it`s not even the end of August, but if you`d have seen us play today.

I say bollox to the pundits, the newspaper writers and most of all bollox to the BBC and Match of the Day

To be spoken about and ridiculed by journalists that know very little about the sport and even less about Wigan Athletic makes today, this hour and it may only be for an hour very special because we are top of the league, say we are top of the league
