Kilbane on his way?

Wigan Athletics in form left back Kevin Kilbane is the subject of a reported £2 million bid from Sheffield United

The Blades are eyeing up Kilbane once again having already had a £1.4 million bid turned down for the ex Sunderland and Everton Rep. of Ireland international

Bryan Robson is hoping to get a deal sorted with Gary Naysmith and Lee Hendrie both side-lined with injuries, but Latics will be reluctant to do business with no left back at the club

Kilbane has been in excellent form covering on the left side of defence following the sale of Leighton Baines

Although a string of left backs have been linked with Latics no signings have yet been made

It would be foolish to do any deal involving Kilbane at this time and Robson should be told to go and whistle

£2 million for Killer, snatch their hands off or tell them to get lost?

£2M!!! I know transfer fees have increased recently but that's a joke! As you can tell, I don't really rate Kilbane!
