'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Bramble was your Man of the Match

Titus Bramble was the best Latics player at West Ham on Saturday closely followed by Andreas Granqvist, not my vote, yours, though I would probably agree

A solid display from the central defensive pairing got Latics a well earned point and could have been all three with some better finishing on a couple of occasions.

Granqvist and Bramble have settled well together, Andreas is cultured and can pass the ball around Titus is no nonsense, what an improvement on last season

What the poll asked - Man of Match Vs West Ham

How you voted - Titus Bramble 27%, Andreas Granqvist 19%, Scharner and Koumas 11% each, these were the top three

Current Poll - Goals are what we want to see this season and we have players that are capable of scoring them - and hopefully lots of them.

As said, we hope that we will see our forwards firing on all cylinders this season, so far it has started well with Sibierski the Premier Leagues leading scorer and Heskey off the mark, but who will score the most, this is I want to know - 'Who will end the season as Latics leading goal scorer?`

Let the poll do the talking before we do when it finishes.

This could be Heskeys year to really get amongst the goals again, he's looking sharp and I am predicting 18 for the season
