Latics reserves tonk Bolton

Latics reserves tonk Bolton

It`s always good to beat our very near neighbours at anything so a four nil drubbing in the reserves league will do nicely

Bolton Wanderers 0 Wigan Athletic 4

To say Mark Seagraves (Latics reserves boss) was buzzing at the result is a bit of an understatement, he told the official site that we bossed the game from start to finish all over the pitch and that he was really pleased with the young lads.

So he should be, young Irishman Craig Mahon grabbed two goals, the other scorers were David Cotterill and Rachid Bouaouzan.

Antonio Valencia managed to get 45 minutes under his belt and Ryan Taylor got a good run out of 70 minutes

Well done lads, lets hope the first team get a similar result when we play the Horwich lot in the league.
