Birmingham Latics Half Time

By sprayzen watching live in Australia

Half time 1-1

Bham have dominated the 1st half and we are lucky not to be trailing, hopefully thats a good omen for the 2nd half performance as Bham don't have a good 2nd half record

Valencia and Kirkland are the best for Wigan by a mile, Bent has looked sharp when he has had his very few chances, Whilst the quiker we get Scharner off the better (you watch he will get the match winner now)

Our tatics for the 2nd half should be to attack down the flanks and cross it in for Bent, Sibs and Scharner, if we do that I think we can come away with the 3pts as we have them for speed on the flanks

Our undoing is the disorganised play in the midfield (Scharner again) and at the back from Granqvist who is putting alot of preassure on Bramble to clean things up

Kirkland has made 2 clutch saves, whilst at the other end Bham keeper has been sitting in a hammock most of the match, however when we get the corners I do notice he charges off his line to thump the ball out and has missed a few times, we could take advantage of this if we are good enough

I said during the week we need to score 2 goals to win and think if we score 1 more we could get the 3pts.

I expect us to dominate the majority of the 2nd half if we play smart, we do look abit sharper with the ball in foot this week compared to the last 4-5 weeks IMO
