Wigan Vs Chelsea MotM

The voters on the last poll on Vital Wigan opted for an away win for Chelsea and they were right, in fact it was a very comfortable Chelsea victory

The Latics set up in a 4-5-1 formation that had stop the opposition written all over it, unfortunately it didn`t work and it took 82 minutes for the manager to change things round, by then of course it was too late

4-5-1 has never worked for Wigan as a club but I can see us travelling down to Spurs next weekend and playing the same system because the current boss is lost for ideas

What the poll asked - Who will win on Saturday

How you voted - Chelsea win 70%, Latics win 17%, Draw 13%

Current Poll - Whilst we are talking about yesterday`s game the players at least put in some effort and the crowd got behind the team, which seemed to lift the performance

Melchiot was very good through out and Valencia looked quality when he was on the ball, personally I thought that Brown did a job yesterday although he did lose Lampard for Chelseas first goal

These are my opinions but who do you think was - 'Latics man of the match in the Chelsea game?`

Let the poll do the talking before we do when it finishes.

The poll can be accessed on the right side of this page
