Who should get the Wigan job?

The voters on the last poll on Vital Wigan made Mario Melchiot the man of the match against Chelsea on Saturday; he claimed an astonishing 54% of the vote

Hutchs last game

The Chelsea match was the last game in charge for sacked manager Chris Hutchings and there was some poor performances on the pitch with some players needing to take a long hard look at themselves

It was hard to give credit to the whole team on Saturday and only a few came out with their heads held high

What the poll asked - Man of the Match against Chelsea

How you voted - Mario Melchiot 54%, Titus Bramble 10%, Marcus Bent 10%

Current Poll - Whilst we are talking about Hutchings getting the sack who do we want to replace him?

There are quite a few names in the frame and the League Managers boss, Frank Clark says there will be lots of interested people in the job

Chris Hutchings was the wrong man, he was a mould of Jewell when what was needed was someone to push the club forward, we have that opportunity again lets not waste it, so - 'Who would you chose as Latics next Manager`

Let the poll do the talking before we do when it finishes.

The poll can be accessed on the right side of this page

Isnt it a clause in his release from Chelsea that he cant manage in the prem for 12 months? Otherwise he'd have been here in a flash. Just here the chant...who needs paul jewellio weve got mourinho
