'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Wigan wont win again said the poll

The voters on the last poll on Vital Wigan decided that we wouldn`t win another game before Christmas, granted the votes were cast before Steve Bruce was named the new man in charge

Following the Chelsea game I was feeling down, I felt that although they were only two goals in front Chelsea could score at will

Following the Spurs game I was almost suicidal, what a shambolic performance from all the players, coaching staff even Matt McCanns commentary was disgraceful

I felt that we were a club in disarray, a ship without a captain slowly sinking into the Championship and I honestly could not see where a win would come from

What the poll asked - Will we win a game before Christmas

How you voted - No 48%, Yes 42%, Dont care too depressed 10%

Current Poll - Now I feel a little more optimistic, a bit of positive publicity, a manager as left one Premiership club in order to take over ours

Steve Bruce aint no Ferguson I know, but he is a manager who gets his teams to fight and that is one thing that has been missing from the Latics in recent games, he has Premiership experience and he is a known name, these traits don`t guarantee success but I believe he will carry us forward, do you?

Take part in the poll - 'Is Steve Bruce the right man to lead the Latics?`
