Marcus Bent MoM Against City

Marcus Bent MoM Against City

The voters on the last poll on Vital Wigan decided that Wigan Athletic striker Marcus Bent was the Man of the Match in Saturdays game against Manchester City

Full of running

The Latics got off to the worst possible start conceding a goal after 30 seconds but Bents display was full of running and he put the City defence under pressure the whole afternoon

The team played well and there was some committed performances, even Titus Bramble had a good game following his mistake and shaky start

What the poll asked - Man of the Match Vs Man City

How you voted - Marcus Bent 25%, Jason Koumas 16%, Titus Bramble 12%

Current Poll - There is something of a game over at Horwich this Sunday

Our near neighbours and best friends Bolton Wanderers are in a similar pickle to ourselves, they too have had a bad start to the season and changed their manager just like us, they will also be looking for revenge following our victory last season at the Reebok, so the question is - 'Who will win on Sunday?` Let the poll do the talking before we do when it finishes.

The poll can be accessed on the right side of this page
