McCulloch Back for Carling Cup Final

Wigan Athletic midfielder Lee McCulloch will be fit in time for the Carling Cup Final against Manchester United.

Lee recently had a double hernia operation and it was feared that he would miss the Carling Cup final against Manchester United on the 26th of February. He could even be fit in time for the Premiership match against Tottenham Hotspur on the 19th of February.

Paul Jewell said 'Lee is making good progress, and we're hopeful he will be available for the Spurs game, if not then certainly for the final.'
