Wigan two in?

Wigan Athletic appear about to confirm the signings of two new players, according to the Wigan Observer Steve Bruce has started his recruitment drive

Birmingham City midfield player Wilson Palacios and Honduras left back Maynor Figueroa who trained with the Latics last week, will be unveiled tomorrow as the new transfer window opens

Maynor Figueroa at 24 already has 47 international caps and scored two goals for his country, he is a highly sort after player and will fill the troublesome left back spot at the club

Wilson Palacios is another Honduran and he is currently on loan at Birmingham City, Bruces former club, until the end of December.

The 23 year old international midfield player was recommended to Bruce by Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger
