Latics Speyk Fantasy Standings

Latics Speyk Vital Fantasy League manager Mark Holmes continues in his position at the top of the league as we enter a new year,

He must have been lucky with his selection because knowing Mark I can tell you all he has no football knowledge but he does have lots of good luck.

Mark has spent the last three summers coaching Socca in America emphasising what I say about him having no football knowledge what so ever

Local guy Dave Skully is still in 2nd place and every time I bump into Dave in Tescos or the Springfield Arms he says he doesn`t know how he is

Well I`ll tell you Dave…good luck, that`s all because what Skully knows about football you can write on the back of a postage stamp.

In 3rd place there has been a gazump as Gaz Leylands team have jumped above Jeneen Mullan and I feel that there may well be a domestic brewing there, but having said that I am not too surprised because Jeneen has all the luck of the Irish and what does she know about football…she supports Glentoran?

The biggest surprise of all is to find worbo and his Gidlow Latics still struggling in 21st spot, let me tell you that this guy is a tactical genius when it comes to football, I know he has managed a team to four titles in the JJB Soccerdome indoor 6 a side league and what he doesn`t know about football aint worth know, he must be having some bad luck.

A big congratulations must go to baskerville who moves up one spot this week from position 36 to 35, Powerful Pierre what are you playing at letting baskers overtake you?

It`s the FA Cup this weekend so there will be no points gained and with the transfer window open be sure to keep an eye on the comings and goings and make some changes to your side.

Weve got to get Holmsey off that top spot.

Till next time

For those who havent entered yet its still not too late, follow links at the bottom and get involved there are manager of the month prizes to be won

Since she came in we've suffered 12 relegations and wasted £800m parachute payments on dross. I've met her once and she's very nice but we can't be sentimental about these decisions.
