Bramble does it again MoM

Bramble does it again MoM

Wigan Athletic defender Titus Bramble once again scoops the man of the match award for the game against Liverpool with a massive vote in his favour here on Vital Wigan

Share of the spoils

Bramble put in an awesome performance at the heart of the defence and stepped up to rocket an unstoppable equaliser past Reina in the Liverpool goal to give the Latics a share of the spoils

Kirkland, returning to his previous club, also had a good game but the shinning light was one of the Latics men in black, Titus Bramble

The new terrace chant is 'We`ve got the men in black, Bramble, Bent and Heskey` and with these three in the team we will surely start to climb the table

What the poll asked - 'Latics man of the match in the Liverpool game?`

How you voted - Titus Bramble 53%, Chris Kirkland 35%, Michael Brown 6%

Current Poll - Whilst we are talking about Bramble he will miss Saturdays game at the Stadium of Light against Sunderland in the FA cup due to suspension

Latics boss Steve Bruce is expected to give some fringe players a run out and rest some of the regulars for this third round tie, emphasising that the league and getting away from the trap door is the priority this season.

A tough trip to the North East with vast changes to the starting eleven expected doesn`t give confidence of progressing in the Cup, though Sunderland boss Roy Keane will surely be planning exactly what his Latics counterpart is doing and will also make wholesale changes.

I for one would welcome a good Cup run and would take victories in any competition because winning breeds confidence and that one ingredient, confidence, can help make a successful team any ways lets see if we can forecast the result tomorrow and lets pray it aint a draw because a replay would do neither side any favours - 'Who will win on Saturday?`

Let the poll do the talking before we do when it finishes.

The poll can be accessed on the right side of this page

What a bargain Bramble was....signing of the season! As for Saturday I'll go for a 2-1 Latics win with both teams playing mainly reserves

I gave my MOM to Kirkland just because he turned around alot of poor performances and didn't fail in this match. Bramble is a worthy MOM and definatley our best signing of the season
