Latin Latics, Tenorio to join Wigan

Latin Latics, Tenorio to join Wigan

Carlos Tenorio could become a Wigan Athletic player before the end of the week according to the Daily Mail.

The Ecuador and Al-Sadd striker is reportedly high on Steve Bruces shopping list having been already linked with a move to the Latics last summer.

Tenorio is an international team mate of Latics midfielder Antonio Valencia and this could help in bringing the prolific goal scorer to the JJB.

The 29 year old has scored 10 times in 31 appearances for his country and 95 times in 166 games at club level including a magnificent 10 in one match.

With the forthcoming signings of Wilson Palacios and Maynor Figueroa and the possibility of Carlos Tenorio joining Antonio Valencia at the JJB there could well be a new Latin rhythm to the Latics play.
