Blackburn to try and steal Koumas

Blackburn to try and steal Koumas

Wigan Athletic midfield player Jason Koumas is a reported target for Blackburn Rovers manager Mark Hughes with the pair previously working together with the Wales international squad.

Hughes is set to offer his Latics counterpart, Steve Bruce, £3 million for the player which is £2 million less than what the Latics paid West Brom in the summer, to take this offer would be crazy.

Surely Koumas should be part of Laics future and also in todays market the value of a player of Koumas` class should have risen not dropped in the last 6 months.

If Hughes wants the Welshman then he needs to pay the valuation, even though we would be better off keeping him, Koumas, its been said, is unsettled and doesn`t get along with Bruce, so a get out for all parties maight be on the cards
