Wigan Make bid for German Denis

Wigan Athletic are believed to have made an official offer for Argentina and Independiente striker German Denis

Denis, nicknamed the Tank, has been in sensational goal scoring for his club side this season scoring 18 goals in 19 games, club president Julio Comparada has revealed that an offer from the Latics is one of three received by the club

"We have received three offers, including one from England, but we want German Denis to stay with us until June,' said Comparada.

So there you have it German Denis to Wigan and Blackburn are reported to be interested in Swedish Tom

Wigan 1-2 Bradford Match Report

Latics dropped to a deserved 1-2 defeat at the hands of Bradford, our first loss at home in the league since March. It was an off-day, defence looked shaky from the off and once Nick Powell went off injured, we never really threatened to score.
